BBM Gangguan – Rabu 3 Juli 2013 layanan BBM BlackBerry Massanger mengalami gangguan dan Pending bahkan cuman muncul tanda silang saat mengirim BBM . Gangguan layanan Blackberry seperti ini bukan pertama kali/ BBM ngadat dulu juga pernah dan ini untuk kesekian kalinya. ternyata bukan hanya Indonesia saja yang mengalami gangguan tetapi seluruh kawasan Asia Pasifik.
Seperti dilansir dari detikNET Rabu (3/7/2013). Henry Wijaya, Corporate Communication XL Axiata mengatakan ”Kita dapat notifikasinya bahwa terjadi gangguan layanan BlackBerry sejak pagi tadi. Gangguannya se-Asia Pasifik,”
Bukan Hanya Layanan BlackBerry Messenger tetapi pengguna BB juga tidak bisa mengakses browsing dan jejaring sosial.
“Semua pengguna BlackBerry kena gangguan. Kecuali yang pengguna BB 10, itu masih aman,” Tambah Henry.
Head of Corporate Communications Axis Anita Avianty, juga mengatakan BBM sudah mengalami gangguan mulai jam 11 tadi sampai sekarang belum pulih juga.
“Harusnya memang sudah pulih ya sejak jam 1 tadi. Tapi tampaknya belum betul semua ya,” katanya.
Jaringan BlackBerry dilaporkan kembali bermasalah. Para pengguna mengeluhkan tak bisa menggunakan fasilitas BlackBerry Messenger (BBM) dan browsing di layanan vendor asal Kanada itu.
Sebelumnya dilaporkan, keluhan soal gangguan ini tak hanya dilontarkan satu dua pengguna. Di media sosial, suara kekecewaan pengguna berkicau sahut-sahutan.
“Uda bbm yg itu naik harganya, eh ini lagi satunya bbm ikut2′an pake server pending sgala. Bikin ribet kerjaan. Dasar Indonesia,” ujar seorang pengguna BlackBerry di Twitter. (sn/sm)
“Ini providernya yg lg pending atau emg bbm yg lg error sih bzzzz,” timpal pengguna lainnya.
