Setiap orang pastinya mempunyai keinginannya masing masing, yang satu ingin kurus dan yang satunya lagi ada yang ingin menambahkan berat badan. Untuk artikel ini saya akan memberikan beberapa makan untuk cara menambah berat badan. Pastinya hal tersebut sangat jarang sekali di dengar akan tetapi banyak sekali yang mengalami. Untuk menambah berat badan tentunya sangat banyak sekali caranya contohnya anda dengan menambah porsi makan anda dengan makanan – makanan yang tentunya berserat dan juga mengandung lemak, akan tetapi banyak sebagian orang yang jadi terbiasa sehingga berat badannya berlebih atau obesitas nah untuk hal itu sebaiknya kita hindari.
Dalam mengkonsumsi makanan sebaiknya di porsi terlebih dahulu sebelum langsung memakannya, untuk saran dalam sehari anda makan 4 kali atau 5 kali dalam sehari. Untuk makanannya mungkin anda bingung apa saja bukan, nah berikut ini saya akan bahas beberapa makanan yang dapat membantu menambah berat badan anda :

1 . Susu Murni
Bila anda sering meminum susu, sebaiknya untuk program menambah berat badan anda di ganti dengan susu sapi murni. Dengan susu murni ini anda perlu sekali karena dengan susu dapat membantu menambah berat badan anda dan juga banyak sekali kandungan – kandungan yang sangat baik bagi tubuh seperti vitamin A dan juga vitamin D selain itu susu kaya akan nutrisi. Untuk meminum susu anda juga bisa di padukan dengan sereal atau oatmeal.
2 . Roti Gandum
Untuk hal pertama dalam melakukan program menambah berat badan mengkonsumsi roti sangatlah bagus, apalagi bila mengkonsumsi roti gandum. Roti ini tentunya sangat berbeda dengan roti yang sering di jual di pasaran. Rotu ini banyak nutrisinya bila di banding dengan roti biasa, kandungan roti yaitu serat selain itu juga mineral umunya tidak terdapat pada roti yang seperti biasa di makan. Dengan mengkonsumsi roti tersebut perut anda akan kenyang dengan waktu yang lama dan juga sehat untuk pencernaan.
3 .Daging Merah
Cara menambah berat badan dengan makanan selanjutnya adalah dengan mengkonsumsi daging merah, contohnya seperti steak. Banyak sekali kandungan yang di miliki daging ini yaitu protein dan zat besi dan juga lemak. Tentunya dalam menambah berat badan yang anda perlukan adalah lemak. Akan tetapi jangan mengkonsumsinya secara berlebihan karena dapat membuat anda obesitas sebaiknya mengkonsumsinya dengan porsi yang tepat.
