Hasil Kualifikasi MotoGP Austin 2013 Kelas MotoGP, Moto2 dan Moto3 lengkap – Pembalap muda Repsol Honda Marc Marquez membuat kejutan di hasil kualifikasi motoGp Austin Texas Amerika Serikat minggu 21 april 2013 dinihari tadi dengan meraih Pole Position pertamanya di balapan MotoGP tahun ini. The Doctor Valentino Rossi, hanya mampu start dari posisi kedelapan dari hasil kualifikasi MotoGP austin.

Sementara dua pembalap Indonesia dikelas Moto2 masih belum mampu memberikan hasil yang maksimal karena mereka berada diposisi start buncit yakni posisi 29 (Doni Tata)dan 31 (Topan).
Marc Marcues mengungguli seniornya Dani Pedrosa, serta pebalap nomor satu Yamaha, Jorge Lorenzo, yang beturut-turut ada di belakangnya.
Hasil kualifikasi ini menegaskan dominasi Marquez di Circuit of the Americas. Setelah menguasai seluruh uji coba privat bulan lalu, rookie MotoGP ini pun mendominasi dia latihan bebas pada Jumat (19/4), dan kembali jadi yang tercepat pada latihan bebas keempat menjelang kualifikasi. Satu-satunya kegagalan dia menjadi yang tercepat adalah saat latihan bebas ketiga, yang dikuasai Pedrosa.
Marquez, juara dunia Moto2, mencatat waktu terbaik 2 menit 03,021 detik. Pebalap Spanyol ini unggul 0,254 detik atas Pedrosa, yang juga kompatriotnya. Sementara itu Lorenzo, yang melengkapi dominasi trio Spanyol di kualifikasi GP Austin ini, unggul 1.3 detik atas rekan setimnya.
Pebalap satelit Yamaha Tech 3, Cal Crutchlow, ada di urutan keempat. Crutchlow, yang tak ikut uji coba privat, mengalahkan pebalap LCR Honda yang ikut tes privat tersebut, Stefan Bradl, yang ada di belakangnya.
Posisi keenam dihuni pebalap Ducati, Andrea Dovizioso, disusul Alvaro Bautista (Gresini Honda), Rossi, Aleix Espargaro (ART CRT) dan Nicky Hayden (Ducati) di posisi ke-10. Dua pebalap yang melengkapi komposisi 12 kontestan di Q2 ini adalah Bradley Smith (Yamaha Tech 3) dan Ben Spies (Pramac Ducati) di posisi ke-11 dan 12.
Smith dan Espargaro merupakan dua pebalap terbaik di Q1. Karena itu, mereka berhak ikut Q2, untuk memperebutkan pole position.
Kecelakaan sempat mewarnai Q1, ketika Karel Abraham terlibat tabrakan dengan Bryan Staring. Akibatnya, Karel mengalami patah tulang selangka, sehingga pebalap Ceko itu akan absen saat balapan hari Minggu (21/4) siang waktu setempat atau Senin (22/4) dini hari waktu Indonesia.
