BBM Down – BlackBerry Messenger (BBM) sempat down beberapa waktu lalu .Sejak malam hingga Senin dini hari tadi 13 Mei 2013, pengguna BlackBerry di Indonesia tak bisa terhubung dengan layanan BlackBerry Messenger miliknya. Ternyata kejadian ini dialami hampir semua operator.
Salah satu pembacadetikINET bernama Harken asal Manado mengaku sejak pukul 24.00 WITA tak bisa mengirimkan pesan melalui layanan BBM di jaringan Telkomsel.
“Sekitar pukul 24.00 WITA saya mau mengirim BBM tetapi yang muncul pesan ‘Unable to Connect You need a data plan to use BBM. Please contact your service provider for details, katanya melalui email yang diterima, Senin (13/5/2013).
Setelah Harken menelpon ke call center Telkomsel 133, petugas bernama Dandy mengakui adanya gangguan untuk pengguna BBM.
Tak hanya di Indonesia yang mengalami gangguan, penelusuranA detikINE Tmelalui blog CrackBerry, ternyata tidak bisa menggunakan layanan BBM juga terjadi di sejumlah negara asia pasifik.
Menurut forum yang dibahas diA CrackBerry, beberapa negara yang mengalami layanan down di BBM adalah, Indonesia, Australia, Hong Kong, Thailand, India, Filipina, Singapura, Vietnam dan Malaysia. (detik)
Bahkan ada sebagian Negara yang selain BBM, juga tidak bisa mengeakses email juga.
“Ya, di Filipina BBM mengalamiA down, dan email juga tidak bisa digunakan juga,” kata pengunjung Forum CrackBerry bernama Emgell.
Hingga pagi ini, beberapa pengguna BBM BlackBerry sudah kembali normal. Namun, sampai berita ini diturunkanA detikINET masih meminta konfirmasi ke pihak operator dan BlackBerry Indonesia mengenai apa yang terjadi di tengah malam tadi dan alasan penyebab BBM Error.
