Ahmad Fathanah dan Maharani Suciyono Tanpa Busana di Hotel – Kronologis bagaimana penangkapan Ahmad Fathanah dan Maharani seorang mahasiswi cantik di Hotel Le Meridien pada 29 Januari lalu akhirnya terungkap.
Seorang penyelidik KPK yang bersaksi hari ini mengaku saat penangkapan, Ahmad Fathanah dan Maharani Suciyono sedang tidak berbusana.
Ada dua penyelidik KPK yang bersaksi hari ini. Yakni Amir Arif dan Dian Andi. Tetapi, hanya Amir Arif yang ikut menangkap Fathanah dan Maharani di hotel itu.
“Setelah keduanya (Fathanah dan Maharani) berpakaian, kami bawa mereka ke tempat parkir lantai dasar,” kata Amir saat bersaksi di Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi, Jakarta, Jumat (17/5).
Menurut Amir, dia mengintai Fathanah sejak pukul 17.00 WIB. Dia mengatakan, saat datang pertama kali, Fathanah seorang diri.
“Di lobi hotel, Fathanah pertama datang sendiri. Dia lalu masuk ke sebuah kafe di hotel itu. Lalu kemudian ada seorang wanita, yang belakangan saya tahu namanya Maharani Suciyono, datang dan bergabung ke meja Fathanah,” ujar Amir.
Tidak lama kemudian, lanjut Amir, Maharani dan Fathanah naik ke kamar 1740 di lantai 17. Lantas dia mengaku mendapat perintah dari KPK agar menangkap Fathanah, karena diduga kuat telah menerima uang dari PT Indoguna Utama, dan uangnya di mobil Fathanah yang ada di tempat parkir lantai bawah.
“Saya dan tim naik ke kamar 1740, dan mengetuk pintu. Lalu dibuka oleh Fathanah,” lanjut Amir.
Amir dan tim lalu memperkenalkan diri dari KPK, dan akan mengamankan Ahmad Fathanah soal pengurusan kuota impor daging.
“Saat membuka pintu itu, Ahmad Fathanah menoleh dan mencoba mengulur waktu. Dia bilang, ‘nanti dulu, nanti dulu.’ Dengan sedikit keras, pintu kami dorong, dan kami amankan Ahmad Fathanah dengan Maharani,” ucap Amir.
Lantas, Amir dan tim membawa Fathanah serta Maharani ke lantai parkir dasar, dan diminta menyita mobil Toyota Land Cruiser FJ Prado. Saat digeledah, ditemukan uang sebesar Rp 980 juta di kabin tengah mobil itu. Sementara itu, terdakwa Arya Abdi Effendy dan Juard Effendi ditangkap tim yang berbeda, di sebuah rumah di perumahan Taman Duren Sawit, Jakarta Timur. (KapanLagi)
