Pengumuman Kenaikan Harga BBM 2013 – Pengumuman kenaikan harga Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) akan diumumkan sebentar lagi Jumat (21/6) pukul 22.00 WIB oleh Menteri ESDM Jero Wacik di Kantor Kementerian Koordinator Perekonomian, Jakarta.
“Sesuai Peraturan Presiden kenaikan harga BBM itu diputuskan dalam rapat cabinet, dan diumumkan oleh Menteri ESDM karena tarifnya itu ditetapkan oleh Menteri ESDM melalui Peraturan Menteri (Permen),” kata Hatta usai mendampingi Presiden Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) menerima Presiden Presiden Republik Demokratik Timor Leste (RDTL) Taur Matan Ruak di Istana Merdeka, Jakarta, Jumat (21/6) sore.
Pengumuman itu, kata Hatta, akan disampaikan bersama oleh Menteri ESDM Jero Wacik dan Menteri PPN/Kepala Bappenas, Armida Alisjahbana. Hatta sendiri akan mengawali pengumuman tersebut dengan menyampaikan pengantar. Pengumuman akan dihadiri seluruh menteri koordinator dan sejumlah menteri kabinet.
Menko Perekonomian Hatta Rajasa menegaskan, dengan adanya kenaikan harga BBM bersubsidi maka Bantuan Langsung Sementara Masyarakat (BLSM) akan segera dicairkan. “Begitu BBM naik, BLSM harus jalan,” tegas dia.
Menurut Hatta, pemberian BLSM tersebut akan menolong daya beli masyarakat miskin karena adanya inflasi yang ditimbulkan akibat kenaikan harga BBM tersebut. “Adanya keep buying strategy ini membuat ekonomi bergerak. Dan menjaga agar masyarakat setengah miskin tidak jatuh miskin. Itulah pentingnya BLSM ini,” katanya.
Sebelumnya Menteri PPN/Kepala Bappenas Armida Alisjahbana menjelaskan, Bantuan Langsung Sementara Masyarakat (BLSM) sudah siap untuk ditransferkan kepada 15,5 juta Rumah Tangga Sasaran (RTS) sehari setelah pengumuman kenaikan harga BBM yaitu pada Sabtu (22/6) besok.
Armida mengatakan BLSM siap diberikan pada Sabtu (22/6/2013) di 14 kota besar di Indonesia. Sedangkan untuk kota Bandung, BLSM diberikan pada hari Senin (24/6). “BLSM sudah siap di hari Sabtu di 14 kota besar, minus Bandung ya. Bandung hari Senin ya. Persisnya pak Dirut PT Pos Indonesia yang menyampaikan,” lanjutnya.
Armida menjelaskan bahwa BLSM tahap pertama diberikan hingga bulan Juli 2013. Sementara BLSM tahap II diberikan di 33 provinsi dan tahap III mencakup kabupaten/kota. “BLSM itu bertahap ya sampai Juli, 14 kota besar dulu. Yang berikutnya mencakup 33 provinsi pada tahap dua, tahap tiga itu kabupaten kota,” katanya. (setgab)
