Surat untuk Sahurnya Pesbukers yang bernomor /K/KPI/07/13 dibuat pada 15 Juli 2013 juga mengandung unsur lawakan yang melecahkan orang lain. menurut KPI banyak para penonton mengadukan kedua acara komedi tersebut. Tercatat ada enam adegan yang melanggar penyiaran terutama pelanggaran melecehkan orang lain. Adapun adegan sahurnya pesbukers yang ditegur KPI yakni tanggal 10 Juli 2013 dan 12 Juli 2013. Adegan tersebut dilakukan oleh Eko Patrio, Sapri, Opik Kumis, Daus Mini dan Andhika Pratama dan dianggap melakukan pelecehan.
“Pelanggaran yang dilakukan adalah penayangan adegan yang melecehkan orang dan atau masyarakat dengan kondisi fisik tertentu serta pelanggaran terhadap norma kesopanan,” tulis KPI yang dikutip Medianya, Rabu (17/7/2013).
“KPI Pusat meminta kepada Saudara agar menjadikan Pedoman Perilaku Penyiaran dan Standar Program Siaran (P3 dan SPS) Komisi Penyiaran Indonesia tahun 2012 sebagai acuan utama dalam penayangan sebuah program dan diharapkan terdapat perbaikan pada program siaran yang sesuai dengan ketentuan P3 dan SPS sehingga program siaran bermanfaat bagi kepentingan masyarakat.”
