Hal itu disampaikan oleh kuasa hukumnya, Andri Adam Nasution, Selasa, (23/7/2013), usai berkoordinasi dengan majelis hakim.
Pihaknya belum siap membacakan nota pembelaan atau pledoi dalam sidang tadi, karena jadwal sidang berantakan pascakesepakatan damai antara kliennya dengan pelapor, Sukmawan alias Lee.
Pembacaran pledoi itu ditunda hingga 25 Juli 2013. Ia berharap pledoi itu dapat meringankan kliennya dari tuntutan tiga bulan penjara dengan masa percobaan enam bulan.
“Perdamaian diakomodir juga supaya jadi pertimbangan jaksa penuntut umum dan keputusan majelis hakim,” tandasnya.
