Pawai Lampion Di Kalimantan – Ribuan mobil berhiaskan lampion akan memeriahkan kota Banjarmasin dan beberapa kota di Kalimantan lainnya malam ini sabtu 14 desember 2013.
Acara ini juga guna memeriahkan HUT BRI ke 118 yang dilakukan secara serentak 30 cabang BRI di 4 provinsi di Kalimantan, yaitu Kaltim, Kalteng, Kalsel dan Kalbar.
Penggunaan Lampion sendiri sebagai simbol yang menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan BRI seperti lampion yang bisa memberikan penerangan dan keindahan bagi masyarakat.
Seperti Medianya News kutip dari BanjarmasinPost Sekitar 2.000 unit mobil meramaikan pawai lampion di Banjarmasin. Sepanjang 10 kilometer jalan protokol akan dilalui oleh pawai lampion yang baru kali ini diselenggarakan.
Start pelepasan pawai lampion di depan Kantor Pemko Banjarmasin, Jalan RE Martadinata Banjarmasin, Sabtu (14/12/2013) malam pukul 19.30 Wita.
Humas BRI Wilayah Kalsel sekaligus panitia pawai lampion, Gusti Denny, Jumat (13/12/2013) mengatakan, pawai lampion ini diramaikan sekitar 2.000 mobil. Acara karnaval lampion 2013 ini bertema Semalam Membelah Borneo.
“Acara ini serentak dari Kalsel, Kalteng, Kaltim serta dari Kalbar. Acara ini juga sekaligus untuk pemecahan rekor Muri. Kita berharap masyarakat Banjarmasin dapat menyaksikannya karena acara ini jarang ditemui di tempat lain,” terang Gusti Deny.
Setelah karnaval selesai, acara dilanjutkan dengan pengumuman pemecahan rekor Muri yang khusus datang dari Jakarta.
“Kegiatan ini disponsori oleh Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Wilayah,”tambahnya.
