Sidang Cerai Jamal Mirdad dan Lidya Kandau – Sidang perdana perceraian Lidya Kandau dan Jamal Mirdad berlangsung di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan, kemarin kamis 18 april 2013 dengan agenda mediasi. Suasana haru terasa sekali di persidangan yang akhirnya ditunda karena ketidakhadiran Jamal Mirdad.
Menurut informasi, alasan Jamal tidak hadir kepersidangan perceraainya karena harus kunjungan kerja ke Kudus, Jawa Tengah sebagai tugasnya sebagai anggota Komisi X DPR. “Jamal sedang memantau pelaksanaan Ujian Nasional yang carut marut,” ungkap sumber.
Persidangan digelar di ruang sidang nomor lima. Lidya datang sekitar pukul 11.30 WIB, hanya ditemani oleh pengacaranya, Leonora. Sedangkan anak-anak dilarang hadir oleh Lidya. Saat memasuki ruang sidang, Lidya tampak tak kuasa menahan sedih. Tangan kanannya pun terlihat memegangi tisu untuk mengusap air matanya yang turun. Tak sepatah kata keluar dari Lidya sebelum mengikuti persidangan yang digelar tertutup.
Usai sidang, Lidya yang mengenakan blouse putih gading dan kacamata hitam, tak banyak berbicara dan hanya menebar senyum. Setelah didesak wartawan, artis kawakan ini ternyata sudah mengetahui kalau Jamal berhalangan hadir. “Ya, dia memang belum bisa datang,” ucap Lidya.
Kembali ke Lidya. Sebelum meninggalkan PN Jaksel, ia sempat berujar singkat tentang kemungkinan bisa rujuk. Peraih Piala Citra pada 1991 ini menolak menjawab mengapa akhirnya menggugat cerai. “Iya, ada (keinginan rujuk),” ucap Lidya.
“Nggak sangka ya, saya nggak tahu bagaimana besok,” imbuhnya sambil tertunduk.
Alasan perceraian pasangan Ramadhan dan Ramona ini masih kabur. Namun Juru Bicara PN Jaksel, Mathius Samiadji membeberkan keduanya bercerai karena sering bertengkar.
Menurut Mathius, salah satu dasar seseorang mengajukan gugat cerai adalah karena pertengkaran yang terus menerus terjadi. Karena itu, tak menutup kemungkinan salah satu penyebab perpisahan Lydia dan Jamal karena hal tersebut.
“Terjadi pertengkaran, dan perselisihan yang terjadi terus menerus,” ucap Mathius.
Namun menurutnya, dalam isi gugatan cerai yang diajukan Lidya pada 8 Maret silam, dia hanya menginginkan perceraian dengan suami yang dinikahi sejak 1986 itu. Dalam gugatannya, Lydia tidak menuntut hak asuh anak maupun harta gono-gini
“Sepengetahuan saya, dalam gugatan itu pengugat hanya minta perkawinan Lidya dan Jamal yang sudah dicatatkan sejak 27 tahun putus karena perceraian. Itu saja,” tandas Mathius.
Sehari sebelum sidang, Naysilla Mirdad menyatakan ingin bisa ikut terlibat dalam mediasi antara kedua orangtua yang tengah di ambang perceraian. Namun, di sisi lain ia harus mengikuti kata-kata sang ibu.
“Aku sendiri sebenarnya kalau mau datang (ke persidangan) bukan untuk men-support perceraiannya. Tapi support, ini kan ambil jalan mediasi. Jadi, siapa tahu ada jalan tengah antara papa dengan mama,” ungkap Nay, Rabu (17/4) malam.
Bintang sinetron Jodohku ini juga berharap orangtuanya masih bisa hidup bersama kembali. Namun, ia enggan untuk menceritakan apa yang sebenarnya terjadi antara mereka.
“Aku nggak mau bicara yang memberatkan orangtua. Sebagai anak, aku hanya ingin bilang apapun itu yang terbaik,” harapnya.
Nay percaya di dunia ini tidak ada yang mustahil. Termasuk orangtuanya berdamai dan rujuk.
“Kalau ada, kemungkinan ada. Hari esok juga kita nggak tau,” katanya.
“Tapi maaf, itu (penyebab perceraian) adalah masalah intern keluarga, nggak mungkin bisa dibicarain ke orang-orang,” sambung Nay.
Meski begitu, Nay memastikan kedua orangtuanya masih tinggal satu atap.
“Yang pasti gini, papa masih tinggal bersama aku, mama dan adik-adik aku, masih tinggal satu rumah semuanya. Komunikasi di rumah ini masih berjalan dengan baik. Kalau masih seperti biasa, ya kita mencoba untuk tetap sebaik mungkin,” tandasnya (jambiekspres).
