Jokowi Dapat Hadiah Bas Metallica – Gubernur DKI Jakarta yang dikenal menyukai musik metal diberi sebuah hadiah spesial berupa bas merk Ibanez berwarna coklat gelap dari pemain bas Metallica, Robert Trujillo, Bas tersebut diberikan melalui seorang promotor bernama Jonathan Liu. Liu menemui Jokowi di Balaikota Jakarta beberapa waktu lalu, setelah Liu bertemu dengan Trujillo di AS.
“Jonathan Liu bilang ke Robert Trujillo, di Indonesia ada yang nge-fan sama Metallica, seorang Gubernur. Karena senang, ya terus dikasih bas,” tutur Jokowi.
Selaku promotor, Liu berencana menggelar konser Metallica di Jakarta. Rencana konser Metallica ini disambut baik Jokowi.
Jokowi lantas menawarkan tiga alternatif lokasi untuk dijadikan tempat konser Metallica jika konser di Jakarta, yakni di sekitar Monumen Nasional (Monas), kawasan sekitar Museum Fatahillah, atau Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII)
Hadiah Bas untuk Jokowi tersebut juga dibubuhi tanda tangan asli Trujillo dan ada sedikit pesan tertulis, “Giving back! To Jokowi, keep playin’ that cool, funky bass”.
Untuk menghindari dugaan Gratifikasi, hadiah BAS METALLICA dari Basis Band Metallica Robert Trujillo tersebut JOKOWI lantas menyerahkannya kepada KPK.
Setelah diserahkan ke KPK, gitar bas ini akan diperiksa apakah mengandung unsur gratifikasi atau tidak. Apakah ada konflik kepentingan atau tidak antara pemberi dan JOKOWI.
KPK memiliki waktu 30 hari untuk memeriksa gitar bas ini, apakah ada sarat kepentingan atau tidak. Sebab, Jokowi adalah sebagai penyelenggara negara.
Setelah KPK akan memutuskan apakah akan mengembalikan gitar bas itu atau menyitanya.
