Sidang perceraian artis cantik Kiki Amalia dan Markus Horison kembali dilanjutkan. Jika pekan lalu pihak Markus menghadirkan ayah kandungnya sebagai saksi, hari ini, Kiki menghadirkan ibu kandungnya.
Sebelumnya, Kiki dikabarkan tidak mau tinggal bersama Markus di Medan. dan, dalam kesaksiannya, ibunda Kiki membantah kabar itu. Menurutnya, setelah Kiki di Medan ia justru mendengar kabar burung yang menyatakan ada wanita lain dalam kehidupan Markus.
“Saat markus di Medan, Kiki juga ingin ke Medan. Setelah di Medan ada sesuatu terjadi, ada pergunjingan Markus dengan orang ketiga akhirnya Kiki kembali ke Jakarta,” ujar kuasa hukum Kiki, Aulia Fahmi di Pengadilan Agama Jakarta Selatan, Senin 13 Mei 2013.
Isu adanya orang ketiga pun merebak, setelah Kiki mendengar kabar tersebut. “Saat Kiki datang ke Medan, sudah ada selentingan cerita itu. Saya nggak tahu apakah itu pacar atau siapa, intinya ada orang ketiga,” lanjut Aulia.
Aulia menambahkan, inti dari kesaksian ibunda Kiki adalah membantah jika Kiki tak mau diajak tinggal di Medan. “Poinnya kabar Kiki nggak mau diajak ke Medan, itu sudah dijawab dan dibuktikan bahwa pernyataan itu tidak benar,” ungkapnya.
Sementara itu, menurut kuasa hukum Markus, Sangap Surbakti, dalam kesaksiannya, ibu Kiki terlihat ragu. Ia sepertinya tidak terlalu yakin, ada orang ketiga dibalik perceraian putrinya dengan Markus.
Bahkan kata Sangap, saat proses mediasi pertama kali, Kiki tidak pernah bicara soal orang ketiga. Namun, mengapa saat ini Kiki malah membicarakan masalah itu.
“Ada dua alasan yang kontradiktif. Ibunya Kiki pun ragu, kalau ada perempuan lain disamping Markus. Saya kecewa, karena dia bilang, seharusnya dia yang menggugat cerai bukan Markus, dengan alasan (Kiki) tidak dinafkahi,” ucapnya.
Kiki Amalia juga dengan tegas membantah gosip tak jelas yang baru-baru ini menyebut namanya kenal dengan Ahmad Fathanah dan mengait ngaitkan perceraiannya dengan markus kepada kasus Ahmad Fathanah. Dengan klarifikasi ini, pihak Kiki tidak ingin ada lagi yang mengkaitkan dirinya dengan Ahmad Fathanah karena dia tidak mengenal Fathanah. “Bicara masalah Fathanah berhenti sampai di sini. Ini berita enggak ada harganya,” kata M. Mahdi, kuasa hukum Kiki Amalia.
