Rekening Gendut Oknum Polisi 2013 – Temuan PPATK terhadap rekening gendut milik polisi Papua Aiptu Labora Sitorus (LS) yang diperkirakan perputaran dananya hingga 1,5 triliun rupiah .mencengangkan banyak pihak. Bagaimana bisa seorang polisi pangkat rendah memiliki nilai rekening miliaran bahkan dengan nilai transaksi trilunan. Lantas, berapa gaji normal anggota polri pangkat Aiptu?
Dikutip dari situs www.setkab.go.id, Minggu (19/5/2013), gaji polisi berpangkat Aiptu hanyalah sekitaran Rp 2 jutaan. Angka tersebut berdasarkan, Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 24 Tahun 2013 tentang Peraturan Gaji Anggota Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia (Polri).
Berikut penjelasan lengkap gaji TNI/Polri seperti yang dilansir di situs setkab:
Daftar Gaji TNI / Polri 2013
Gaji pokok terendah untuk golongan bintara (Sersan Dua/Brigadir Polisi Dua) dengan masa kerja 0 tahun) adalah Rp 1.782.900,00 (sebelumnya Rp 1.693.700), Sersan Satu/Brigadir Polisi Satu Rp 1.838.700 (sebelumnya Rp 1.746.700), Sersan Kepala/Brigadir Polisi Rp 1.869.200 (sebelumnya Rp 1.801.300), Sersan Mayor/Brigadir Polisi Kepala Rp 1.955.400 (sebelumnya Rp 1.857.600, Pembantu Letnan Dua/Ajun Inspektur Polisi Dua Rp 2.016.600 (sebelumnya Rp 1.915.700), dan Pembantu Letnan Satu/Ajun Inspektur Polisi Satu Rp 2.079.600 (sebelumnya Rp 1.975.500).
Gaji pokok terendah perwira pertama dengan pangkat Letna Dua/Inspektur Polisi Dua Rp 2.318.000 (sebelumnya Rp2.198.400), Letnan Satu/Inspektur Polisi Satu Rp 2.390.400 (sebelumnya Rp 2.267.200), dan Kapten/Ajun Komisaris Polisi Rp 2.465.100 (sebelumnya Rp 2.338.000).
Adapun gaji terendah untuk perwira menengah TNI/Polri dengan pangkat Mayor/Komisaris PolisiRp 2.542.200 (sebelumnya Rp 2.411.100), Letnan Kolonel/Ajun Komisaris Besar Polisi Rp 2.703.600 (sebelumnya Rp 2.486.500), dan Kolonel/Komisaris Besar Polisi Rp 2.703.600 (sebelumnya Rp 2.564.200).
Untuk golongan perwira tinggi dengan pangkat Brigadir Jendral/Laksamana Pertama/Marsekal Pertama gaji terendahnya adalah Rp 2.788.100 (sebelumnya Rp 2.644.400), Mayor Jendral/Laksamana Muda/Marsekal Muda/Inspektur Jendral Polisi Rp 2.875.300 (sebelumnya Rp 2.727.200), Letnan Jendral/Laksamana Madya/Marsekal Madya/Komisaris Jendral Polisi Rp 4.303.700 (sebelumnya Rp 4.050.600), dan gaji terendah Jendral/Laksamana/Marsekal adalah Rp 4.438.200 (sebelumnya Rp 4.177.200).
Mengenai gaji tertinggi anggota TNI/Polri dengan pangkat Letnan Dua/Inspektur Polisi Dua adalah Rp 3.750.000 (sebelumnya Rp 3.521.600), Letnan Satu/Inspektur Polisi Satu Rp 3.928.200 (sebelumnya Rp 3.687.800), Kapten/Ajun Komisaris Polisi Rp 4.051.000 (sebelumnya Rp 3.803.100).
Adapun gaji tertinggi untuk anggota TNI/Polri dengan pangkat Mayor/Komisaris Polisi Rp 4.177.600 (sebelumnya Rp 3.922.000), Letnan Kolonel/Ajun Komisaris Besar Polisi Rp 4.308.200 (sebelumnya Rp 4.044.600), Kolonel/Komisaris Besar Polisi Rp 4.442.900 (sebelumnya Rp 4.171.000).
Untuk perwira tinggi TNI/Polri dengan pangkat Brigadir Jendral/Laksamana Pertama/Marsekal Pertama gaji tertingginya adalah Rp 4.581.800 (sebelumnya Rp 4.301.400), Mayor Jendral/Laksamana Muda/Marsekal Muda/Inspektur Jendral Polisi Rp 4.725.000 (sebelumnya Rp 4.435.800), Letnan Jendral/Laksamana Muda/Marsekal Muda/Komisaris Jendral Polisi Rp 4.872.700 (sebelumnya Rp 4.574.600), dan Jendral/Laksamana/Marsekal adalah Rp 5.025.000 (sebelumnya Rp 4.717.500).
Dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 23 Tahun 2013 tentang Peraturan Gaji Anggota TNI dan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 24 Tahun 2013 tentang Peraturan Gaji Anggota Polri, ditegaskan, bahwa ketentuan mengenai perubahan gaji pokok ini berlau pada tanggal 1 Januari 2013. Sementara Peraturan Pemerintah ini berlaku pada tanggal diundangkan, yaitu 11 April 2013. (Detik)
