Kemudian untuk bayi yang berumur 4 sampai 6 bulan, maka idealnya berat badan bayi berkisar antara 5 sampai dengan 7,4 kg. Usia bayi 7 sampai dengan 9 bulan yaitu 8 kg sampai dengan 8,9 kg. Dan untuk bayi yang beurmur 10 sampai dengan 12 bulan, maka berat yang idealnya yaitu 9,3 kg sampai dengan 9,9 kg. Dan seterusnya sampai bayi tumbuh menjadi anak yang cerdas, aktif, dan juga memiliki tubuh yang sehat dan juga kuat.
Pada masa usia bayi ini sering disebut sebagai masa keemasan bagi anak-anak, karena berbagai karakter anak akan terbentuk dan ditentukan saat usia 0 sampai 5 tahun. Karena itulah, sebagai orang tua anda mesti mengetahui bagaimana cara merawat dan juga mendidik anak menjadi anak yang sesuai dengan harapan setiap orang tua. Dan sekali lagi perlu bunda ketahui untuk tidak memberikan makanan pada bayi yang berada di usia kurang dari 6 bulan. Hal ini karena alat pencernaan bayi masih belum bisa menerima dan belum cukup kuat untuk menerima makanan selain ASI. ASI adalah makanan paling penting untuk bayi di usia kurang dari 1 tahun, apalagi untuk usia bayi kurang dari 6 bulan.
